REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of the products in case the fulfilment mistakes are on OUR end. Please, notify us within 5 business days from the date of purchase.

However, it is the customer responsibility as the buyer to make sure the address is correct and, if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via email or the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label. We create a very unique and limited line and once the products leave our care, they are not our responsibility and we will have to ask you to repurchase your oder.

If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 5 business days and we will work together to rectify the situation. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase!

In terms of portraying our products we strive to reach the most accurate similarity of our items' sizes, true colours, etc, so you can have a clear idea of what you purchase.

However, these are handmade products and part of handmade allure is that not all items are the same.

We use only high-quality trusted ingredients and in order to get the best liking from our soaps, we encourage you to use them within 6 months of the purchase date. All our recipes are thoroughly thought through to result in the most enjoyable bar of soap - free of chemicals and stabilizers. We super-fat our soaps, meaning that we leave extra skin-loving oils in the bar that are not used up in the soap making process. We use only skin-safe colorants and natural products, combining these in creative ways, so they would prove both safe and effective.

We have divided our soap collections in Vegan (as supporters of complete cruelty free policy and by NO means we use Palm/Palm Kernel Oil in our cold process soap making) and Animal Origin Products. In order to get a hard and long lasting bar of soap we use Tallow as the hardening fat in our soaps. Why on one hand we state that we are Vegan and on the other we use animal fat? Tallow has a long and esteemed history in soap making, and is still used as the primary fat in soap production. Tallow is a waste product of the meat industry and by using it we reduce waste and in our own way, we protect the environment. Our aspiration is to achieve a final both qualitative and cruelty free product. We are looking for new and innovative ways to get to our goal by researching, experimenting and eventually offer you a completely vegan-friendly cosmetic line. With the exception of a few soap collections that have Tallow as a part of the ingredients, all the other cosmetic creations are completely vegan and always will be.

For bath truffles, ingredients may make the tub surface slippery, so be careful not to fall. Always rinse your tub and use caution getting in and out of the tub.

When using a product that is new to you, please read the ingredient listing prior to use. Test product on a small area of your body first. If irritation occurs when using a product, discontinue use immediately. If you are pregnant, consult with your doctor before using anything with essential oils.
